14-Day Return Policy
At Phantom Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@phantomcosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back in secure packaging at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method.
Additional Notes
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
- Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
